Meet Dr. Miranda, our dentist, who is a native of Menomonee Falls where she grew up and lives with her husband. She was inspired at a young age by her pediatric dentist, Dr. Neil Peterson, to become a dentist. In high school, she started shadowing Dr. Jerry, where she was able to watch procedures, help with sterilization, and even learned how to assist. It was during this shadowing experience that she realized that dentistry is a unique combination of science and art, which happened to be her two favorite subjects.
Dr. Miranda is also passionate about helping people and dentistry provides the amazing opportunity to help people gain or regain their confidence through their smile. Dr. Miranda is aware that the dental chair can provoke nerves and anxiety, which is why she takes extra care and patience to make sure that every dental experience is a positive one. She takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and do everything possible to ensure patient comfort.

After graduation she went on to complete a fellowship in general dentistry in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where she gained advanced experience in general dental procedures. Before coming to High Point Dentistry, she spent time volunteering at the Waukesha Community Dental Clinic providing dental care to low-income children and pregnant women.
